The Opportunity 
Our leading consultancy practice is seeking to develop enthusiastic project professionals who possess that special mix of pragmatism and the ability to think outside-of-the-box.

Right now, we have several opportunities for people with experience in Agile Project Delivery and Consulting to become part of the team and work on a range of projects with large enterprise clients, helping them transform how they work and drive value for their customers.

We are keen to hear from people looking for new opportunities to develop their capabilities as Consultants. Ideally, you will have performed in some of the following roles:

• Business Analysis, Change and Transformation, Agile Coach, Scrum Masters, Iteration Managers, Project Managers and Agile Leads.
• Ideally, you have worked on a range of digital and transformation projects with a strong focus upon customer experience or similar business focus.
• Experience with Kanban, Lean, SAFe with certifications highly regarded.
• Visual Facilitation skills will also be highly regarded along with your balance of critical reasoning and creativity.

Additionally, you are articulate and able to quickly establish rapport and build solid working relationships. You are versatile, collaborative and able to perform independently or as part of fast-paced consulting team.
