Your Role

As an experienced Enterprise or Platform Architect, you will lead change in our technology architecture by:

• Maintaining in-depth and current understanding of Bankwest’s Technology Eco-System.
• Working closely with leaders to understand our customer needs, business goals and within delivery teams to understand roadblocks and constraints.
• Influencing leaders, both within engineering circles and across the broader business
• Unpacking complex problems and programs of work, working out where existing capabilities can be leveraged and enhanced, and where new capabilities should be located.

We’re interested in hearing from people who have:

• Very strong technical credentials
• Proven collaboration skills with an ability to make decisions
• Experience in a highly agile environment, following Continuous Architecture principles
• Enterprise scale experience with modern technology architectures such as Cloud, PaaS, Serverless, Lambda, Event-driven, and Evolutionary architectures, and Machine learning.
• Strong engagement in your technical community, demonstrating thought leadership through blogging, conferences, meet ups or other means
