What will you be doing?

You'll play a key role in managing the end user experience and engagement with IT operations. The role will assist in providing key IT services including, but not limited to:

• Support for end-user technologies & services
• Documentation (technical and procedural)
• Packaging an application to deploy to machines
• Methodical approach to fault diagnosis and desire to understand the root cause
• AV technology set up
• Participation in on-call roster to provide 24x7 support
• Travel to supported sites to provide on-site IT support services

What makes a successful Senior Workplace Support Officer?

• Experience in a similar role delivering a consistently high standard of customer services
• Experience or qualifications in IT support roles, with 2-4 years support experience required
• Commitment to take ownership of customer requests and follow-up until completion
• Methodical approach to fault diagnosis and desire to understand the root cause
• Ability to interrogate a problem and develop processes that engage and educate staff
• Demonstrated ability to work under pressure including the ability to achieve outcomes, prioritise work, meet deadlines, motivate staff, and retain personal motivation and tolerance.
• Ability to communicate, influence and build effective relationships at all levels of the business
