Come on our journey to the cloud. We are seeking Senior Developers to join our high performing team within Business Systems supporting our Insurance business. We are at the start of our journey to cloud which we are leveraging to enhance our member experience.  This is an exciting time to join our team and help shape this journey.

Who are you?

• You are passionate about technology and/or developing software is your hobby
• You have experience with modern data practices including large scale data loading, manipulation, exploration and cleansing
• To complement your passion for technology you believe in teamwork and are able to communicate effectively with the people around you
• You are an innovative thinker and able to use technology in creative ways to meet member needs

What skills and experience do you bring?

• Strong experience in a Big Data platform, e.g. Spark, Hadoop, and associated languages, e.g. Java, Scala and PythonExperience in SSIS/SQL and Power BI is desirable
• Azure experience is desirable
• Experience in Agile software development
• Tertiary qualifications in software engineering or IT related field
