Tableau & Alteryx Training Experience is ESSENETIAL
The Insights and Analytics team is seeking a highly qualified training manager to develop a training program to enable standardised on-boarding, processes and procedures and best practices for standardised engagement with key stakeholder groups and consistent delivery including:
EXPERTISE Tableau, Alteryx
- Developing an introduction to the organisation an overview of the team including scope / mission, roles and responsibilities within the organisation, key tools and technologies, team deliverables and best practice examples, and guidance on how to engage with team members and Lead and Manager stakeholders
- Creating a standardised on-boarding program process to ensure team members understand the business, capabilities, activities, and engagement model of the organisation
- Enabling a key component to strengthen the culture and elevate their prominence and contribution across the organisation
- Consolidating fragmented documents from disparate locations and organise into best practices for maintenance and scalability
- Updating team wiki with current information aligned to on-boarding program content
- Recommending supplemental training to compliment and extend core training
- Suggesting KPI targets and measurement tactics to gauge impact and guide continuous improvements with support from the client team
The training Manager will be responsible for all final deliverables, stakeholder management, communications and will assist in the development of the on-boarding program materials with the core stakeholder team.
Expected Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a client-facing consulting experience or industry equivalent role
- 4-5 years of project and/or program management experience with proven ability to
- Self-manage work back schedules with key milestones
- Flag risks with recommended mitigation plan
- Provide status updates and asks to owners and stakeholders Experience working in learning/development (L&D) capacity or training support role
- Thrives in agile environments and feels comfortable working within ambiguous constructs
- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously, move fast and show quick impact
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, as well as stellar interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Familiarity with social media industry, preferred
- Earned a B.A. or B.S. degree
- Proficient in PowerPoint with ability to synthesise insights for executive-level audiences
- Experienced using other Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Earned excellent recent client references
