About this Role:
An accomplished ERP Helpdesk Support Technician, Level 1 proficiency, working with a multi-award-winning, world-class organization offering in-depth IT Solutions and expertise along the way.

About You:
  • 2-4 Years of IT Technical Support / Customer Service Experience   
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping Experience 
  • Business ERP Systems, Platforms, and Software Application Experience
  • Proficient in Sage 300
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL
  • Experience with Crystal & Financial reporting
  • Usage of MS CRM
  • Strong Written and Verbal Skills
  • Degree in Information Technology preferred but not required
