An accomplished ERP Helpdesk Support Technician, Level 1 proficiency, working with a multi-award-winning, world-class organization offering in-depth IT Solutions and expertise along the way.
About You:
- 2-4 Years of IT Technical Support / Customer Service Experience
- Accounting and Bookkeeping Experience
- Business ERP Systems, Platforms, and Software Application Experience
- Proficient in Sage 300
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SQL
- Experience with Crystal & Financial reporting
- Usage of MS CRM
- Strong Written and Verbal Skills
- Degree in Information Technology preferred but not required
