Robert Half Technology is actively recruiting for a Digital Deployment Lead to implement SaaS solutions to clients.
Reporting to the Head of Service Delivery, this is a position accountable for all digital deployment related activity within existing (and growing) program.
Responsibilities-
- Managing and building the relevant software and hardware solutions and services ensuring that all activity supports sustainable growth, and improved process/ automation in a responsible way to meet regulatory and customer needs.
- The role is critical to the Transformation Strategy for onboarding new & existing clients, and will improve the overall customer experience, ROI and time to market.
- Shaping our digitisation journey to achieve a “deploy software-as-a-service model” of our product; therefore achieving exceptional customer service, reduce operating costs and enabling us to maintain market leadership.
- Gather requirements and build specifications for each product solution on the Roadmap.
- Contribute to and build the Digitisation Roadmap and ensure it is fed into the overall Digital Strategy and global Roadmap.
- Select and research for applicable hardware solutions that are optimized for the use cases and software solutions that have been developed.
Accountabilities-
- The majority of the savings will come from streamlining our deployment processes increasing automation and making it easier for our customers to do business with us, and for us to serve their needs more efficiently and effectively.
- You will be accountable for delivering industry standards and best practice activities across the project stream.
- The role holder will have direct accountability for specific area/s and items such as gathering customer needs, building requirements, researching industry trends in dealer management services and across other industries.
