Your new company
Our client has been established for over 10 years and is now a market leading IT consultancy who specialises in providing wireless networks and internet billing system services across Australia.
Your new role
As the Infrastructure Lead you will support the helpdesk team by overseeing all requests and incidents, and acting as an escalation point for any complex issues. Your duties will include the installations of IT systems and wireless networks. You will be providing remote support for national clients with the occasional face-to-face support, particularly for locally based customers.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will have a solid background remotely supporting a diverse range of clients across multiple industries. You will be confident in the configuration of wireless networks, and network hardware including switches and routers. You will have significant experience with Microsoft technologies, including:
- MS Exchange
- MS Server 2008 - 2016
- Windows 7 & 10
- Office 365
