In this role, you will be providing a high level of customer focused, system and service support to the Australian and New Zealand business groups.

 

You may be a recent Graduate who is enthusiastic to learn and develop. You may be an experienced Help Desk professional who is looking for a new challenge. What will you be doing?

 

  • Providing customer focused telephone and face to face technical support to all Nufarm employees
  • Maintaining accurate log entries for all IT tickets with resolution and contact details
  • Ensuring all hardware/software installations and routine upgrades are implemented according to Service Level Agreements
  • Completing user onboarding/offboarding accounts in Office 365, MS AD, Windows 10, Sharepoint, Ariba, Concur and other internal systems
  • Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and driving them to implementation
  • Demonstrating the ability to investigate, resolve and escalate issues in crisis situations
  • Ensuring effective administration of the systems and hardware including Active Directory administration, File Security/Management and User /Computer Account Management

 

What do you bring?

 

You ideally have experience operating within an IT Support Desk environment for a multi-site company and bring an understanding of IT Service management processes and methodologies. You are engaging and customer focused and have a keen interest to learn new skills, applications and technologies.
