  • Exposure to online customer self-service & payment processes & applications
  • Awareness of UX design practices and guidelines
  • Solid experience working on Mobile Applications and/or web/digital products
Contribute to this organisations market-leading digital products by supporting the discovery, definition and documentation of customer experience and product requirements.

These roles will be pivotal to the ongoing success of the customer-facing digital products by ensuring that all the information the delivery teams need to achieve a clear delivery path is available to them and that the information supports the best possible implementation of new product features and updates.

Responsibilities
  • Support the product owner and technology delivery teams to discover new features that support the product's vision and strategy
  • Document the requirements of new features in a format ready for a technology delivery team to implement
  • Contribute to and, where appropriate, facilitate and run, delivery team activities, such as ideation, discovery, requirements clarification activities and agile ceremonies 
  • Experienced planning, documenting and generally working day to day using Jira and Confluence.
  • Utilise business insights to improve the apps, as well as the organisations overall digital and customer experience, where applicable.
Skills and experience
  • Experience supporting the identification, clarification, and documentation of customer requirements for native mobile and web applications.
  • Experience or exposure to online customer self-service and payment processes and applications.
  • Experience working with multiple analytics and Business Intelligence tools such as Google Analytics, Firebase, Sumo Logic and Tableau.
  • Awareness of native mobile and web application User Experience (UX) design practices and guidelines
  • Experience working ion a fast-paced agile environment revolving around a SCRUM methodology
