The Company
Multinational Market Leader who provide innovative products world-wide is seeking a Technical Services Technician to join a successful & growing department immediately!
The Position:
- Provide level 2/3 support to internal & external stakeholders
- Software and hardware troubleshooting
- Installing printers, software & hardware remotely
- Execute repair maintenance; identify/repair faulty parts
- Rolling out new PC's and laptops to staff members
- Provide routine maintenance for software/hardware
- Provide both hands on & helpdesk debugging support for client service requests
The Candidate:
- Hands on IT Support & Technical Service experience with hardware
- Experience in troubleshooting software issues
- Excellent communication skills
- An ability to prioritise and multi-task
- High attention to detail
