Responsibilities

  1. Identify potential partnerships with online merchant/gateway/acquirer to enable UnionPay acceptance. Lead sales and services discussions with online merchants/gateway/acquirer and be responsible for activities related to the opportunity.
  2. Consultatively identifying and prioritising online merchant/gateway/acquirer needs and crafting customised solutions that grow the merchants’ business and increase merchant satisfaction with UnionPay products/services.
  3. Analyse and monitor ongoing industry trends to develop and implement pre-emptive strategies and plans for potential partner. Analyse Merchants/gateway/acquirer performance to identify areas for improvement and development of action plans;
  4. Be responsible for achieving sales and growth objectives for UnionPay eCommerce Solutions, in a portfolio of strategic merchant and partner relationships.
  5. Be the key point of contact for online merchant. Provide high degree of customer care with a pro-active, solution-oriented mindset. Identify & foster strategic relationships within merchant organisation that will elevate partner discussions to focus on growth; conduct regular audit on UnionPay e-signage.
  6. Work with key online merchants in expanding signage placement and conducting merchant training.
  7. Work closely with other teams to develop payment solutions, products, marketing and promotion plans to increase transaction volume.
  8. Lead Contract negotiations and ensure delivery of all aspects of program initiatives including service levels, management reporting, marketing programs, etc.

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in related discipline;
  2. Solid experience in business development and online payment product, preferably in cards and/or payment industry with established network;
  3. Good knowledge of Australia online market;
  4. Good analytical skills and negotiation skills;
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  6. Self-driven and highly motivated.
