About the Role:

• 6 month Fixed Term Contract to be based in our Melbourne CBD location
• AEMO is currently uplifting Identity and Access Management capabilities across the organisation
• Support the strategy and planning of the project and work closely with various stakeholders across the business 

Key accountabilities:

• Lead and be responsible for providing functional and non-functional analysis to enable the key business needs to be translated into technical specifications to facilitate the delivery of an enhanced experience in identity and access management
• Manage change by assisting with the change strategies and supporting plans including stakeholder engagement, change impact assessment
• Undertake requirements gathering, data and process mapping and modelling
• Ensure that business process change is managed effectively

Required skills and experience: 

• Energy experience with both industry and regulatory matters highly desirable
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Technical Business Analyst
• Extensive experience with Identity and Access Management processes such as account provisioning
• Experience with Identity and Access Management Lead application production suites such as SailPoint, Azure and Ad
• Experience in managing change by assisting with the change strategies and supporting plans including change impact assessment and stakeholder engagement,
• Excellent communication skills and experience presenting high quality communications suitable for the Board, management and external stakeholder
