About the Role

You will be working be working alongside passionate developers who are at the top of their game, with more experienced applicants looking to be the technical lead responsible for upskilling their respective team.

• Enhancing and maintaining our market leading, award winning systems and applications
• Delivering high quality software solutions based on commercial evaluation
• Demonstrating efficient coding and practical application of architectural patterns

About You
You will be expected to have experience and be confident in the following. Alongside valuing technical skills and exeprience this business emphasises the importance of mindset and ability to improve their culture.

• Good depth of knowledge in OOP, Java - React and Ruby experience would be a bonus
• Mature Agile environment
• Modern practices - CI / CD / TDD / BDD / Microservices
• Cloud Services - AWS Or Azure
• Self learners, extra curricular is a bonus - GitHub, Gitlab etc
• Natural problem solvers and multitaskers will do exceptionally well

Softer skills

• Always looking to learn and happy to share knowledge, mentor others.
• The ability to communicate at a technical and non-technical level ( not a robot)
• Strong Agile mindset, and the ability to make life and your job fun.
