• Large Telco company looking for a Cisco Voice Network Engineer
• Located in the Sydney, CBD for 12 month contract
• Paying $71.50 inc Super per hour

Role: 
Technical Expert / Cisco Voice Network Engineer

Specific Job requirements

• Focus on delivering End to End customer solutions by collaborating with Other Fulfilment product portfolio leads. Demonstrate a detailed understanding of key products and processes such as MDN, IOM, Connect IP, IPWAN and IPMAN following the product delivery processes and take accountability to troubleshoot problems/challenges affecting their successful roll out.
• Achieve the Fulfilment primary objectives of Right First Time, On Time performance KPIs;
• Delivery of the Customer Required Date (CRD) to 85% meets.
• Delivery of the Customer Delivery Date (CDD) to the target of 95%.
• Order to Activate (New) for Non Project Managed orders to be within 40 business days.
• Maxim to Order Issue (5 business days)
• DSAL to Activations (30 business days)
• SFIN to Archive (5 business days)
• No unencumbered “Non PM" order to be older than 40 days in the O2A cycle.
• Ability to utilise a broad range of Technical data sources (e.g. Broadworks, RASS, MAXIM, FLEXCAB) to examine and interpret order requirements.

• Have an expert understanding and experience of activation functions and processes associated with IP networks and associated infrastructure
• Have an expert knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and IP Networks
• Have a valid Cisco certification to at least CCNA-Voice standard or equivalent.

• Detailed knowledge of Local Number Portability (LNP)
• SME to Network Engineering for DMS-HCPE Exit.
• SME to Product Management for Customer Integration Guide documents.
• SME to Business Capability for Learning Academy course content.
• Verbal ability to discuss the specific technical features and requirements with each customer / stakeholder to capture functionality using a standard template.
• Comply with defined processes to ensure standardised configuration practices and best possible customer experience.

Qualifications/Experiences
·         Diploma of Telecommunications
·         Diploma of Engineering (Electronic Systems
·         CCNA, CCNA-Voice, CCNP Voice (Incl. QOS and CVOICE)
·         Minimum 10 years’ experience Telephony (AXE and S12 Exchanges.
·         Detailed knowledge of ISDN and Customnet.
·         Detailed knowledge of Local Number Portability (LNP)
·         Minimum 5 years’ experience in Internetworking (IP)
