Our client is a very successful Australian Listed Digital Services Corporation with an exceptionally talented Managed Services team. They require a Level 2 Desktop Support Engineer to be based on their Customer site which is a major Catholic Secondary School.
Reporting to the on-site team leader, your responsibilities revolve around the effective delivery of the IT Support Services to the Staff, Students and families of the School meeting SLA targets and Customer Service expectations.
This is an excellent growth opportunity as our client has a reputation and culture focused on the continual professional development of its team. To succeed in this role we seek the following:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience
- Project Delivery
- Technical and User Documentation
- Strong Customer Service Skills
- Troubleshooting/Analytical
