Identifies and communicates with business to formulate and produce a requirements specification to create system and software solutions and ensure end to end delivery:

Tasks

• Expert in managing CISCO suite of products CISCO Cloud , CISCO Hyperflex, VMWARE solutions
• Expertise in managing CISCO OEM and Engineering teams
• Expertise in deploying SDDC defined data centers
• working with business and ICT stakeholders to formulate and document business requirements.
• identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices for process and execution maturity
• using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource, schedule and manage projects/programs.
• identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour
• taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions at program level post analysis, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
• ensuring business, projects and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes
• developing functional specifications for use by system engineers, architects and developers
• using data and process modelling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
• acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process
• Must have industry certifications such as PMP, ITIL, TOGAF certification.
• Must have working experience with Indian based IT outsourcing companies.
• Must have worked with various cultures and experienced in offshore modeling
