Our client is a global IT vendor and one of the biggest names in the market. They are looking for an Implementation Manager to join the Data Centre transition and transformation team and manage the implementation stage of the Project Lifecycle.  
 
There is an immediate start and this contract will go till the end of Nov 2019 and the option to work from home on a day to day basis. Otherwise the office is based in Sydney CBD. The team has been established over the last 5+ years and have grown the Data Centre team quite significantly in the past 12 months. 
 
You will be working quite closely with the Project Managers on the project and report directly to the Program Manager. 
 
You will be responsible for:
  • Liaising with various external and internal clients, teams and 3rd party vendors
  • Managing schedules, day to days, week to week and hour to hour
  • Develop Implementation plans, run sheets and workshops
 
To be suitable you will have:
  • Must be an Australian Citizen as you will need to be eligible to gain baseline security clearance which will be sponsored 
  • Significant experience with the end to end physical Data Centre migrations. This is essential to the role and non-negotiable
  • Experience with infrastructure and/or application relocation projects
