Responsibilities

• 1st Level help desk support
• Data Analytics and technical issue resolution 
• Improve customer experience by proactively responding to queries and handling complaints 
• Provide technical support for product roll-out features to customers
• Address all product-related queries on time
• Provide developers with customers' feedback to help identify potential new features or products
• Analyse customers' needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet their requirements
• Test product functionality and features before roll-out to Customers.  
• Identify solutions to reduce support costs
• Establish best practices through the entire technical support process
• Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
• Train customers to use products effectively

Skills and Experience

• An ability to grasp customers' needs and suggest timely solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Solid technical background with an ability to give instructions to a non-technical audience.
• Customer-service oriented with a problem-solving attitude
• Experience with the following digital technologies or have a desire to learn - PHP, mySql, C-Panel, HTML, CSS, APIs, Java script.
