IncentiaPay, a newly formed and successful technology & payments group, is looking for an energetic and experienced Delivery & Operations Manager to help drive and support the business. The IncentiaPay group consists of 3 major brands being Entertainment Book, Bartercard & Gruden. IncentiaPay has offices located centrally in Sydney CBD.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the COO, this role requires you to be focused on ensuring the internal production and service delivery teams are running efficiently and optimally, with a strong focus on resource utilisation, project efficiency and providing the insight and reporting needed to run a high performing digital team.

 

You will be part of the Senior Management Team and will lead the efforts to drive business transformation of our internal production process, creating efficiencies through reviewing and streamlining current production processes, whilst delivering work to the highest of standard and quality.


This role focuses on the following:

·        Assist heads of business units with workflow and pipeline management to remove blockers and capitalize on growth opportunities;

·        Develop and drive across the business an efficient project delivery process that maximises resource utilisation

·        Manage and be responsible for production teams across our Government, Enterprise Platforms & Performance Marketing

·        Be responsible for the overall quality output of the production team and ensure that timelines and delivery standards are met or exceeded

·        Manage all resourcing to ensure effective use of resources to achieve time-lines and project budgets;

·        Review and optimise the internal systems to manage and track whole-of-group delivery and maximise output and billable hours;

·        Accurate distribution and allocation of resource bookings to the various project delivery teams and the post reporting of resource performance

·        Implement improvements and spearhead the effective use of various project methodologies to drive efficient project delivery

·        Ensure accountability across all of production areas, so that processes and systems are used consistently across the company

·        Review and be responsible for achieving project budgets, including project delivery and operational IT budgets to help improve profitability and efficiency;

·        Manage and improve the efficiency of internal project planning and communication by facilitating coordination and communication between the different teams;

·        Align of production team to company strategy and strategic goals

·        Encourage and drive training and upskill with your team to foster innovation and growth

 

ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED

 

·        At least 5 years prior experience in running a digital production team, both on and offshore for more than 50 staff

·        Prior experience of similar role at a digital agency or technology company that is service delivery focused

·        Strong understanding of production and delivery issues that arise in delivering complex and large scale digital projects

·        Prior experience in implementing or leveraging tools and systems to streamline and automate reporting across a digital delivery team

·        Highly analytical and a strong understanding of achieving high-level strategic objectives and having a hands-on mentality when needed

·        Highly motivated with a strong initiative to deliver and problem solve

·        Exceptional leadership qualities and previous experience in leading high performing teams

·        An eye for detail, a passion for numbers and continual desire to achieve more

·        Excellent communication skills

·        Strong wisdom and ability to understand self and others
