This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Desktop/Helpdesk Analyst to support an existing Retail Desktop environment. You will be a part of a dynamic team that provides onsite , phone and remote access support repairing, maintaining and managing systems including POS hardware, desktop and related software, operating systems and peripherals, and providing customer service to internal users.
Knowledge and Experience:
- 3-4 years of experience in Desktop/Helpdesk Support
- Previous experience with Microsoft Windows 7,10
- Strong experience with remote and hands on desktop support
- Experience with Active Directory
- Good strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of operation of office equipment.
- PC, Laptop and network diagnostic skills
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes
- Excellent communication skills
