An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Revenue Branch of the Department of Treasury and Finance. Working both individually and as part of a small team, the Senior Business Analyst will:
- administer, co-ordinate and integrate business processes and computer systems that support the administration of State taxation; and
- provide practical solutions and advice in relation to adapting business processes and systems to meet changing service delivery requirements.
In undertaking these duties, the Senior Business Analyst will work collaboratively with business owners to ensure that business processes and systems are effective, efficient and meet business needs.
To be successful in the position applicants will have:
- experience in system development and business process redesign, including the ability to identify issues and propose suitable solutions;
- an understanding of structured system data, including the basic principles of data integrity; and
- experience in the management of small projects including co-ordination of resources, implementation of new products and effective change and knowledge management.

The Salary range for this role is $81,726 to $85,772 pro rata per annum, plus superannuation.
Hours per fortnight
Up to 73.5 - hours flexible - talk to us about how this could work for you. We are open to considering a range of flexible work options including part-time hours.
Desirable Requirements
Completion or partial completion of relevant tertiary qualifications and/or professional affiliation.
