This industry leading software house are growing at a rapid rate, this newly created Business Analyst role is to implement an existing application for multiple new customers.
The role will see you working in an extremely busy environment, running and managing multiple implementations of their web based applications. You will need strong stakeholder management skills in this role and the ability to manage multiple different tasks and projects at the same time.
Ideally you come from a development background though this is not a must have. This role is a less technically focused role and has a larger focus on customer facing skills.
Requirements (mandatory):
- Extensive Business Analyst experience
- Ability to analyse existing systems and understand the business model
- Map and document interfaces
- Translate requirements into technical specifications such as message processing architecture design, message processing flow design
- Understanding programming principals and have an ability to write technical system documentation
- Stakeholder management, requirements gathering and managing expectations are all key skills in this role.
- B2B integration experience with Mule or similar highly regarded
- EDI messaging experience highly regarded
- Hands-on experience with software development (preferred).
- Project implementation experience
- Stellar Communication skills (written and verbal)
