• 2 x UX Researcher with at least 8 years experience
• Brisbane based role
• Contracts - 12 month & 4 months

 

 

The Requirements of the role:

• Experienced UX Researcher with at least 8+ years practical research experience
• Experienced Service Design with at least 8+ years practical experience with the design and implementation of Service Design into an enterprise environment.
• Experience in developing/amending templates for reuse adapting to the unique needs of the project
• Highly competent with graphic design
• Deep knowledge of UX best practices and trending practices
• Business analysis skills to understand and translate business requirements into Technology solutions
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (expected to liaise with business stakeholders and internal delivery teams)
• Excellent stakeholder management
• Experience working within a multi-national organization
• Hands on delivery of UX activities for projects within Technology
• Assist with other UX initiatives and activities as required
• Provide coaching and mentoring to client staff as required

 

Scope of work:

• Design, Development and implementation of Service Design including methodology, templates, tools and deliverable artefacts such as Service Blueprints, Personas, Journey Maps, Findings reports and recommendations, benefits metrics.
• Work with the UX specialist to deliver a pilot project utilizing the designed and developed methodology, templates, tools and deliverables
• Executing User Research with actual client users – remote and onsite and analyzing the findings to produce insights and recommendations
• Executing User Research with actual business users – remote and onsite
• Preparing User Research findings reports to capture and priorities requirements relating to User Experience
• Developing Personas which are used capture the highest priority needs of the highest priority users
