The purpose of this role is to provide portfolio & PMO level support including financials, governance, reporting & co-ordination towards delivery. You will work in partnership with the PMO and finance team on large scale programs.
The role:
- Portfolio/ PMO Coordination including communications support, management of schedules and co-ordination of resources
- Governance and Analysis - maintaining program guidelines, program procedural documents
- Reporting - maintaining / improving the accuracy, timeliness & quality of reporting (status, supply/ demand & month-end reports), development of steering committee packs
- Information Management - monitor key control registers including issues, risks, dependencies, key decisions, assumptions and change requests, manage requisitions & invoice approval processes
- Financials; partner with Program Managers to review, report & monitor costs, spend and monthly forecast vs actuals

Your Background:
- Experienced Portfolio / PMO Analyst / Co-Ordinator, ideally with experience working in a large and complex program environment
- In-depth experience in taking responsibility of project financials, tracking spend, reporting on costs & partnering with PM's to manage financials
- Experience in monitoring program / portfolio governance, reporting on risk & issues as well as flagging where necessary to the PM's
