The role of the CMO is to build Change Management capabilities to support organisational agility and increase overall project success rates.
The Change Manager will assist the Director Change Management Office.
  
  Necessary experience: 
  • Extensive prior experience in program assurance /change management assurance
  • Knowledge and skills to develop and implement Change Management Assurance Framework
  • Prior experience leading change teams
  • Experience managing highly complex and strategic change initiatives across multiple business channels
  • A proven track record creating and implementing change deliverables across an enterprise program portfolio
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across an enterprise with the ability to clearly articulate change plans to a variety of audiences at all levels
  • Understanding and ability to execute best practice change management principles, methodologies and tools
  • Strong experience in collaborative stakeholder engagement and relationship management
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced environment with changing priorities
