The Company
Our client is a growing medium sized managed services company located on the southside of Brisbane. Due to internal promotion a position has opened up in their team for a Technical Account Manager / Level 3 Engineer. This company prides its self on its on being people first not only to its employees but to it's customers as well.
The Role
The role will see you in a mix of a Technical Account Manager and Windows Systems Administration. This will suit someone who not only loves working with technology but also loves speaking to people about technology and can find the solutions businesses need.
This is not a sales role.
In this role you will be responsible for;
- Communicating between stakeholders including clients, the support team and Vendors
- Providing proactive support to customers
- Providing Level 3 Systems support
- Mentoring of junior staff members
Technically you will have experience in the following areas
- Windows Server 2012/2016
- Citrix XenApp
- Microsoft Exchange
- Office 365
- Exposure to networking (Cisco)
