Green Light are looking for a Solution Architect with Unified Communication experience. As a Solution Architect you will get an opportunity to work on multiple programs across IT Infrastructure, Applications, Security and & the integration of technology.
Responsibilities:
- Develop architecture and high level designs and low level designs
- Act as a subject matter expert on the UC system
- Plan, design and optimise unified network and security ecosystems.
- Design, analyse and integrate network infrastructures.
- Take responsibility for Solutions Design Documentation and discuss any aspect with all levels including IT Leadership, architecture, and support teams.
- Monitor, evaluate and analyse network activity and capacity to ensure network and systems availability and their optimal performance.
- Conduct assessment of the existing network systems and make suggestions regarding improvements and upgrades.
- Document internal procedures related to network administration and maintenance.
- Work towards establishing ‘trusted advisor’ status with technical personnel.
Requirements:
- Ideally from a System Architect OR Interface Manager OR Solution Architect background
- Broad enterprise experience in the design and deployment of one or more VoIP/ IP telephony/ UC platforms
- Demonstrated experience with unified communications network, incorporating data, voice, video, audio-visual technologies, including cloud based infrastructure.
- Significant experience and skills in the operation and Service Management of large, complex and high availability ICT systems.
- Demonstrable experience as a Solution Architect delivering projects in enterprise environments
- Experience of designing integrated solutions for Service Management & Process Architecture
- Current Cisco CCNP or higher certification.
- Advanced capability in customer engagement & influencing
- DODAF framework, TOGAF & ITIL Certifications
- Review interface design documents
- Strong expertise in the design, development and deployment of network Infrastructure Services
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to summarize technical concepts and communicate to senior-level management.
- Baseline clearance is highly desirable
