As the Senior Project Manager you will undertake and support all aspects of project and programme management
from across a wide variety of high-profile digital related project activities

Description
As the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the following:
- Establish project teams, co-ordinate staff and provide leadership
- Lead project meetings and facilitate workshops as required
- Identify, document and analyse customer requirements to ensure projects meet business needs
- Undertake detailed project planning & documentation
- Liaison with key stakeholders to ensure appropriate assessment & feasibility activity is completed
- Trouble-shoot & problem-solve, including analysis of the problem viable solutions
- Establishment of project recovery team(s) in order to bring activity back-on track and ensure a successful
outcome
Profile
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to negotiate and problem solve
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
workloads and demonstrate flexibility - Stakeholder management skills
- Experience of successfully managing and monitoring medium to
large-scale projects through all stages of project life-cycle - Extensive knowledge & experience of a range of project
management techniques and tools, including relevant software
(e.g. MS Project; MS Project Server etc.) - Experience managing change in a complex organisation
- Ability to lead
