We now have an exciting opportunity for a two year fixed term, full time Client Services Officer, ICT to join our world-leading institution at JCU.
What you will achieve
You will be playing a key role as part of the University’s strategic technology partner, in the achievement of JCU’s Strategic Intent enabling excellence in blended learning, teaching and research by assisting with the automation of business processes. Develop your career and ICT skillset by using Client Services technologies including advanced applications support and resolution of complex problems.

We are looking for a polished and qualified Information Technology administration professional who has a very customer focused approach. This position requires you to effectively achieve project outcomes, promote a solution focused environment and develop strong relationships with key stakeholders. It is a critical requirement of this role that you have a track record of delivering high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring quality outcomes are achieved.
