We are looking for a Senior Project Coordinator to assist on multiple projects within a fast paced environment for one of our government partners in Victoria.

Project Coordinator key requirements:

Proven experience working in a high energy Project Delivery role
Proven experience working in a client facing capacity
Extensive, proven experience being part of the delivery of projects in challenging, large corporate entities

Project Coordinator key responsibilities:

Previous experience working on large corporate initiatives; preferably on the vendor side
Experience in a similar role, particularly with project coordination
Proven planning and cost control;
Highly developed communication skills and the ability to liaise and negotiate at all levels of customer and internal stakeholder
Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and respond to changing situations
Demonstrated personal drive and passion for delivering initiative which make a difference to users and management alike
