FinXL is looking to engage 2 x Change Analysts for business and consulting services for one of our high-profile banking clients, twelve (12) month engagement paying a full time permanent salary (fixed term contract)
Supporting the Change Lead, you will work closely and effectively across a range Customer Service products and systems groups, ensuring ‘our people are ready, willing and able to take on change’
Accountabilities:
- Assist in rolling out a Change Framework across Agile, Business/Process and DIY change styles
- Assist in uplifting the banks overall Change Capability, including but not limited to: Coaching and Facilitation of Change Capability Sessions
- Contribute towards the ongoing improvement and maturity of the banks Change Framework and Capability
- Conducting Change Scale and Complexity Assessments to determine what level of change activities are required (per the framework and in context)
- Facilitation of High Level and Detailed Change Impact Assessment Workshops with key stakeholders and follow through on required outcomes
- Create Change Strategies, Plans and Interventions (Lean Change Canvas and more detailed change planning where required, including timelines)
- Analyse, map and engage relevant stakeholders, as well as build and maintain effective key stakeholder relationships
- Action Training Needs Assessments, create training plans, training material and facilitate training sessions and/or work closely with training partners such as L & D and instructional designers (internal/ external)
- Create Work Instructions in line with internal processes
- Coach key stakeholders throughout the life of a change
- Conduct Business Readiness Assessments
- Work with Scrum teams in an Agile manner, for changes that involve Agile delivery
- Driving Transparency across the business with regards to what is changing and when
Required skills and qualifications
- Experience in working with Digital Products and Online Banking
- Experience in the financial services industry, especially from a banking background in Home Loans Processing and/or Customer Service
- Previous experience in working in Organisational Change, within the change delivery and/or change practice space
- Experience in working with emerging change styles such as Lean Change, Agile and Human Centred Design
- Previous experience working across both Waterfall and Agile Projects
- Experience in working in business/process improvement
- Experience in using Visio, Jira and Confluence
