What's expected of you

  • Demonstrate your excellent customer service skills supporting a diverse range of groups
  • Develop your technical skills by working with industry standard software such as Microsoft Windows 10, MacOS, iOS and Android operating systems using platforms such as Microsoft Office 365, Intune, Sharepoint and Onedrive
  • Build skills supporting collaborative systems including Cisco Video Conferencing, Microsoft Surface Hubs, Video Walls and Digital Signage.
  • Work collaboratively with a small team of technicians
  • Develop your training skills via personalised consultations and in open classroom environments
  • Contribute to the knowledge capital of Local Technology Services
  • Build the social media presence of Local Technology Services and produce collaboration TouchCast videos
  • Challenge the status quo by bringing your energy and drive
