The Role
The Content Specialist will work across a range of tasks and topics, you will be responsible for:
• Content strategy (identifying customer insights and reconciling them with the business problem/product benefits)
• Idea generation/Problem solving
• Content creation (page takeovers, banners, landing pages, page refreshes, pop-ups, video scripts, strategy decks and more)
• UX and wireframe copy (Virtual Assistant conversations, shop copy, micro copy in our digital platforms and apps)
Who you are
The successful candidates will need to have 2-7+ years’ copywriting experience either in ad agencies, digital agencies or large corporates. Candidates with UX, wireframe and user testing experience will have an advantage.
