Our client is looking for a graduate or an entry level Junior Help Desk Analyst/Service Desk Analyst who will provide telephone, email, onsite and face to face technical support for all business and infrastructure systems.
 
You will identify the problems and provide potential workarounds and bug and enhancement requests across the company.
You should be passionate about the latest technologies and consultative in your approach in order to partner with stakeholders across the wider business, ensuring a seamless end user experience.

  • Permanent role | Based near Mascot| Good work life balance.
  • Interstate and local travel required; current drivers license and own vehicle.
 Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide telephone, email, onsite and face to face technical support for all business and infrastructure systems
  • Respond to 1st and 2nd level issues and planned work requests, managing items through to resolution or escalate as appropriately
  • Support and monitor existing infrastructure, perform preventative maintenance work and backup
  • Provide technical solutions to bug and enhancement requests
  • Maintain infrastructure assets and ensure that the data is kept secure at all times
Key Skills Required:
  • Previous hands-on experience in support, systems administration, troubleshooting and deployment desirable but not required
  • Experience in Windows, Office 365, Exchange, Active Directory, Networking
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and customer service skills, with the ability to provide an exceptional user experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capability to teach others
  • Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively and apply problem solving skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail, accuracy and time management for competing priorities
  • Interstate and local travel required; current drivers license and own vehicle
