The role
As a Senior User Experience (UI) Developer you will have extensive experience delivering high quality user interface for commercial and public facing digital websites. Not only will your role be to transform user experience (UX) design into working UI but you will also influence design discussions and decisions.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- strong knowledge working with commercial web and mobile applications including coding for cross-device experiences
- advanced skills in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/jQuery
- in-depth experience with creating responsive design using frameworks like Bootstrap or Foundation
- experience with tools such as Visual Studio, Grunt and LESS
- experience in source control using Git
- solid, rapid prototyping skills using handwritten code, prototyping tools or UI frameworks
Your key responsibilities will be to:
- deliver creative technical solutions to meet business requirements and challenges
- transform UX Design into active and interactive working UI using HTML, CSS, JavaScript on a platform based on Microsoft stack
- keep abreast of and apply best practice methodologies such as UI frameworks, code reusability, interaction and visual design trends
- collaborate with our UX Designers, business and backend development and testing team to design, prototype and code user interfaces across multiple networks, platforms, and devices.
- continuously explore the opportunities to fine-tune and improve existing platform
