Are you a Data Engineer / ETL Developer with experience in preparing data for analytics purposes using existing datasets? Do you have experience with using the SAS tool set?
 
Our Federal Government client is seeking 2 Data Engineer / ETL Developers to join their team immediately through to June 30, 2019 with the possibility of extension.

The successful Data Engineer / ETL Developer will be working in a team of data experts to process data requests from various business areas. This will involve liaising with the business areas to get clarity on the requirement and writing queries to extract the data and prepare curated datasets. These requests will help business areas understand their programs and contribute to policy development.

Mandatory qualifications and skills:

• Experience in using SQL and database solutions
• Experience in data warehousing, ETL and ETL tools
• Skills in collecting and interpreting data

 
Desirable qualifications and skills

• Skilled in using SAS VIYA
• Experience in working alongside teams within the business to establish business needs
