About the Role
We are seeking a Business Analyst with senior-level experience and knowledge to provide high-quality business analysis and system analysis services for government department branches affiliated with areas of security. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to gain a clear understanding of the requirements and objectives for the development of a physical and operational security measure system. This role is suited to a self-motivated individual who can work effectively, either individually or within a project based team.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead a program of work to define, report and support delivery of an effective ICT solution.
• Identify and model functional relationships across the physical and operational security business domain.
• Support the ICT Division by providing analysis of operational options and issues.

Skills and Experience

• High level of skill in gathering and documenting high level and detailed business requirements, functional and non-functional requirements and documenting business rules across a broad spectrum of business and ICT stakeholders;
• High level of skill in relationship management including negotiating critical outcomes, networking with and influencing key stakeholders and developing and reinforcing relationship management skills within a team;
• High level of analytical and problem-solving skills.
