The Role
Due to the inception of our specialised Data Office, we’re seeking an expert Data Quality Analyst to join our team on a fixed term 12-month basis. You will provide core data quality technical services including, data quality assessment, analysis and profiling of data, defining and quantifying the impacts of data quality issues, and data quality monitoring and reporting activities.
You will report directly to and support the Data Quality Manager. This role will see you applying the appropriate data quality techniques and using these standards to review past performance activities.
Skills, Experience and Qualifications
- Extensive experience in Data Quality assessment, recommendations and remediation.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Data Management frameworks and practices including Data Quality: DAMA, APRA CPG-235 is essential.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels is essential
- Basic framework, policy and standards writing skills are desirable.
- Certified Data Management and/or Certified Information Professional is desirable.
