Kapsch TrafficCom is a specialist supplier of Intelligent Transport Systems including speed/warning and detection systems and in this case – road tolling. These devices and systems need to perform to standard. An experienced Test Leader is now required to lead a small team and oversee that tests are performed to comply with standards. 
 
You must have proven software test leadership experience in addition to demonstrated ability to fault find on electronic/IT systems and solve performance problems. This will involve responsibility for defect management and resolution of all issues, including client liaison.

There will be an expectation of some flexibility on your part as work is performed out of doors and in the vicinity of live traffic. A full Australian driving licence is essential and you will need to obtain a Queensland construction industry White Card. A satisfactory police check will also be required. This position will commence by early August and you need to be prepared to commit to completing the contract term. A daily pay rate will apply via PAYG. NOTE: Permanent Residency not necessary – other visas with minimum 6 month work eligibility are acceptable.  You must have a full Australian driving licence.
