The Company
Our client is looking for an experienced Backend developer to join our team as we build and deliver a custom enterprise ecommerce platform. During the build phase of the project, you will work alongside a dedicated team of developers and will be involved in the design and development of back end services. Experience with PHP is a priority but experience with other server side languages including .NET is an advantage as you will also need to support legacy applications.
Your Profile
- Ideally 3-5 years’ experience software developer
- Participate in the prototyping, design and development back-end software
- Ability to deliver a RESTful API using modern design patterns and architecture
- Build efficient, testable, scalable and reusable PHP modules
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Passion to learn and advance your skills
- Integration of data storage
Your Skills
- Experience with developer tools and PHP web frameworks
- Ability to work under pressure and able to produce top quality results
- SQL/NoSQL
- Proficiency writing unit, integration and regression tests
- Efficient using Git and REST based services
- Understanding fully synchronous behaviour of PHP
