We are at the start of our journey to cloud which we are leveraging to enhance our member experience.  This is an exciting time to join our team and help shape this journey.

This position will expose you to the full technology stack and allow you to build your software development skills in a progressive environment. You will interact with the business and key internal stakeholders to scope work, influence development requirements, test and implement solutions.

This is a hands-on, entry level role where you can grow your technical skills with support from experienced tech leaders and developers around you.  Importantly, bring the right attitude and a keenness to learn and develop in this exciting Graduate opportunity.
 

Who are you?

• You are passionate about technology, you may have next to no commercial experience but learning new technology and developing software is your hobby
• You have an awareness of modern engineering practices, in particular XP practices and keen to pursue the craftsmanship of software engineering
• To complement your passion for technology you believe in teamwork and are able to communicate effectively with the people around you
• You understand that everyone has a responsibility for quality; passing code over to a separate testing team to find your bugs is not a model you would subscribe to
• You have experience in programming in Java, .NET, Scala or Python
