A highly regarded professional services firm requires experienced process analysts to work on critical financial services assignments.
The role primarily focuses on areas within banking with special focus on Regulatory as well as Compliance related matters.
Daily, you will:
• Take up Consultant roles in a project, partnering and consulting with clients throughout the engagement
• Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document current state process
• Identify potential break points and gaps in processes and highlight relevant risks
• Seek out relevant SME’s within the business to further consolidate your findings and recommendations
This role will suit candidates familiar with process mapping techniques from a business standpoint along with experience in the Banking sector.
Suitable candidates must demonstrate the following:
• A track record of documenting processes within the banking sector (Regulatory/Compliance/Mortgages/ Credit Cards/ Deposits/ Transactional products/ Personal Loans)
• Exceptional communication skills with the confidence to challenge stakeholders
• Problem solving ability
