As a result of a secured engagement with one of our partners, Helix requires an experienced, client-facing Organisational Change Manager to join on a long term contract. You will have a proven track record driving business outcomes utilising tried-and-tested Change Management techniques. You will also be comfortable securing those outcomes in a large challenging government environment and thrive on producing results which positively impact Australian citizens.

Organisational Change Manager key requirements:

• Proven experience driving organisational change within government environments 
• Proven capability existing as part of a large transformation project within federal government
• Proven expeirence in professional services or vendor role
• Proven experience working with large project teams, wide ranging stakeholders and multi-geo locations
• Proven experience working at scale within government initiatives
