A private sector company are looking for a Change Manager to aid a system upgrade

Your new company
A leading the private sector business who have global presence are looking for a Change Manager for a four month fixed term contract, with possible extension, to work across technology platform upgrade.
You will play a hands-on role enhancing the customers’ experience and drive and support behavioural change. This is a 4 month contract aimed at creating and implementing change management plans to drive faster adoption, higher utilisation and greater proficiency.


What you'll get in return

• Lead and implement change management activities.
• Evolve the project change strategy creating actionable deliverables for the change management levers: stakeholder engagement, communications, sponsor roadmap, coaching, training, resistance and risk management
• Objectively assess change impact
• Engage stakeholders and keep them updated of changes required in their business areas and how those changes will be supported.
• Manage and report progress and change impacts

To be considered for this position you must have

• Practical and demonstrable experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Experience as the sole change resource on projects.
• Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations.
• Resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere, show initiative and can-do-attitude.
• Organised with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics
• Be looking for work in the West location.
