Your new role:
Reporting to the Manager, as a System Support Coordinator you will be:
- Providing system and business process support to internal and external users of grants systems
- Maintaining grants management systems user access and security
- Coordinating/participating in data integrity projects
- Responding to report requests as required
- Developing and maintaining effective relationships with system vendors and technical specialists
- Identifying opportunities for improvement to training modules and materials
What you'll need to succeed:
- Strong Salesforce skills (troubleshooting & administration)
- Level 1 & 2 IT Support experience
- Analytical ability - being able to deal with complex concepts
- Strong planning & organisation skills
- Rapport/relationship building skills
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Government experience in the Public Sector is highly advantageous
