Ayan Infotech has an urgent and immediate requirement for a Citrix Engineer in Perth for a contract role.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Collaborate and work with the team to provide technical solutions, plans and configuration, in response to requirements from Business and Application teams.
2. Provide technical assistance to Wintel team members.
3. Escalate problems with actual or potential major impact to problem management. Perform root cause analysis and ensure planned actions are carried out to prevent recurrence. Must be proactive and possess a sense of urgency during service recovery.
4. Lead and control the delivery of wintel team members.
5. Should have exceptional knowledge in Operating Systems, StoreFront, Delivery controllers /Citrix Studio, PVS, Citrix Director, Web interface, Xen App
6. In-depth knowledge in XenApp 6.5, Presentation Server 4.5 & Hyper V 2012
7. Review change requests. Supervise execution for major change.
8. Conduct performance analysis, tuning, automate system operation, capacity planning & performance management.
9. Track and drive patch management & software upgrades to ensure continuous supportability.
10. Apply new technology and process to improve system supportability, availability and performance.
11. Provide operational excellence and skills on OS and system software support.
12. Provide technical guidance and mentoring to help develop less experienced engineers.
13. Support audit and compliance activities.
