- Lead the support of the school’s key applications and database systems
- Assist in developing and expanding online, web platforms, and workflow systems

Permanent Role - Immediate Start
The position of ICT Business/Project Analyst is a hands-on role with leadership elements, suitable for a customer focused candidate who demonstrates a can do attitude, and is a self-starter who can work independently.
Experience in engaging stakeholders, analysing and reporting application performance, installing, configuring and troubleshooting business applications (e.g., Maze and SEQTA) is required.
To be considered for this role, suitably qualified applicants must meet the following mandatory criteria:
- A tertiary degree in Information Technology, Computing or Information Management
- 5 – 7 years’ experience performing application support analyst activities including application support, requirements authoring, workshop and stakeholder consultations, test management, change management and related business analyst duties
- Demonstrated ability to manage core business applications in a customer-centric environment
- Experience in knowledge management, document storage and retrieval (eg metadata, policies and business classification schemes)
- High quality oral and written communication skills with a focus on the ability to simplify technical concepts
- Strong analysis and problem-solving abilities
- A satisfactory DSCI and RAN clearance.
