The Company
World Famous Media Company based in the Sydney CBD are looking for a Permanent Audio Visual and Telephony Support Engineer to sit in their large IT Support team.
The Role
Once in this role, you will be supporting the businesses' enterprise class and consumer grade AV equipment in both their Sydney offices and other interstate offices. Your main responsibility will be troubleshooting and problem solving technical issues which are escalated to you and your team. You will be sitting in a team of 6 IT Support specialists, however, you will be the only Audio Visual Support Engineer.
The Requirements
You will need to have the following skill set;
- Previous experience supporting Audio Visual software such as; Google Hangouts, Cisco Tandberg and Polycom Video Conferencing equipment
- Ideally, have knowledge of Avaya PABX
- Experience working in a corporate enterprise environment
- Excellent Communication Skills as you will be dealing multiple stakeholders
- Full working rights for Australia
For this permanent opportunity, the client is looking to pay circa $85k Package
