The Business Analyst will be specifically responsible for the following:

- Stakeholder engagement and management
- Workshop facilitation
- Requirements elicitation and specification
- Process redesign
- Service model guide development

Specific Skills Required:

- Strong senior stakeholder management with excellent written/verbal communications
- Strong requirements analysis/elicitation/specification and workshop facilitation experience
- Strong process definition & re-engineering (Nb. Lean/Six Sigma experience advantageous but ability to apply it pragmatically will be vital)
- Experience in iterative deliveries preferred as the nature of the work will iterate via workshops
- Experience in delivery of research based business and technology change and relating to Human and Animal ethics would be advantageous (but not essential)
- Tertiary institution/research knowledge or experience working within an academic division/faulty would be advantageous (but not essential)
- 5+ years’ experience in similar roles
